Cost  shipping. 

-Home delivery in CDMX, purchase less than 2 thousand pesos the shipping is $150, above 2 thousand pesos $90  at retail prices.

-Inside the Republic; Home delivery or office occurs on behalf of the client. Quotation support.


Delivery times. 

-15 business days from the total or partial payment of the 50% advance.

-Akele informs the dispatch date and will supervise the shipment order.

-In extraordinary cases (place and volume) it will be agreed with the client.


Shipping insurance

All shipments must carry transport insurance


Recommendations when receiving your order in CDMX:

Our delivery man will arrive at the door of your home (at the foot of the sidewalk),  identified with the company's uniform, he will carry a format indicating your order and will ask you to sign for receipt, this signature confirms that you received what you ordered on time and form, so it is important that before signing you open the package and check the piece, once the document is signed, no exchange or return advantages apply for damages or inconsistencies between the order and what was received.

You will have 7 more days to check  that the product satisfies you 100 to notify any damage.

Return and Refund Policies


  • You can request the return of a product purchased at Akele, as long as it is complete and in perfect condition for sale. (If the piece shows damage to the structure, paint or fabric, beyond the normal wear and tear of 7 calendar days, the return will not be accepted)

  • Shipping costs are not refundable

  • The maximum period to receive a return is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

It will be attended and evaluated in the following 2 business days; If the response to your request is accepted, and you are in the  CDMX we will collect the product within the following 4 business days and it will be agreed on the time and conditions of the replacement according to the damage that the piece presents.


For our clients from the interior of the Republic, shipping costs and replacement of the piece will be evaluated in each case and through the support line.



The money refund will only be made in case of major damages (70% of the cost of the product)
